To cover this, Compliant Investment Properties in conjunction with its training alliance The Australian College of Financial Services has introduced a course, Investment Property Sales in the Regulated Environment.

The Australian College of Financial Services has licensed the system exclusively to Complaint Investment Properties (CIP) that allows properties to be sold to a standard that models ASIC policy, and therefore as an investment product.

Provide referrals to us and our licensed Property Consultants will complete the entire sale and provide the necessary feedback.
The client is always yours.

2) Business Partner - 2 options available ($TBA)

i. Business Partners are trained and complete the sales transaction themselves.

ii. Your company allocates a Business Partner who becomes your company's Investment Property specialist that we train.

3) You can have a combination.

CIP is focused on Business -To - Business relationships. Meaning we only sell through our partners. The more we assist your business, the more our business will grow.

Our business is investment properties only.

Any clients referred to us, are your clients. We undertake not to take the client from you. If these clients contact us in the future, we insist that the client deals with the original Business Partner from your company.
