Cardservice International, exclusively through one of the largest independent CSI Agencies in the US at www.expandyourbusiness.com has recently re-vamped the entire Affiliate Program offering $1 per download of a "Merchant Account Buyer's Guide" and $4 per lead - both as an advance on 20% of the gross profit from residual fees a Merchant pays to accept credit cards which come to this Agency. This is unheard of in the Merchant Account industry.
