Siam Property Affiliate Program
Our affiliate program lets you make money by adding property listings to your website. This works in one of four different ways:
1. Introduce:
This is direct linking using a variety of text links, banners, buttons, logos, skyscrapers and other adverts to link to our site. These linking objects are placed on your website and contain tracking software that allows us to identify you as the source of the contact.
2. Associate Agent:
This level of participation includes the above, plus, is appropriate for individuals and companies who have a significant network of clients, associates and other network contacts. You will typically be much more involved in the sales process, as these are your business contacts and a valuable relationship, which you can best promote by being "hands-on".
3. Hosted Affiliate:
We can provide a full Affiliate website, which has our property search facility built-in. This is for those who do not already have a relevant website for marketing real estate. This option includes a ready-made website, custom built by our IT department (not a cheap template). There is a setup fee for starting the website and a monthly fee for maintaining the site and provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for the major search engines in your country. A 20,000 Baht+VAT fee applies to cover the initial setup, plus 8,000 Baht/month recurring fee for pro-active SEO work1.
3. Premier Affiliate:
Premier Affiliates have all of the benefits and requirements of the Associate Agent, but also qualify for preferred status. This is acheived by achieving certain agreed upon levels of introduction of qualified buyers; investment levels made in marketing our offerings over and above simply placing a linking banner to our site; and degree of "hands-on" participation you make in the sales process.
As a Premier Affiliate, you will be given a 900px by 560px high popup on our site that is displayed each time a visitor changes the language in the menu bar to your country of origin's language. This popup provides all of the contact details in your country's language for visitors to our site to find you.
4. Email Newsletters:
If you have an email database of opt-in subscribers that you feel may be receptive to customised newsletters relating to international or investment property, then we can work with you to create a bespoke email campaign. The email will be configured to send users back to "closed wall" details pages, which automatically track any enquiries generated and credit them to your affiliate account. No charge is made for email newsletter campaigns, but you must have a database of sufficient size or quality to participate.
Important Information Fees:
Introducers, and email list providers, receive a flat rate of 15%, and is payable on all fees generated by new buyers that you introduce to us.
Associate Agent, Hosted Affiliate, receive a flat rate of 25%, and is payable on all fees generated by new buyers that you introduce to us.
Premier Affiliates receive a flat rate of 33%, and is payable on all fees generated by new buyers that you introduce to us.
Lead For Life:
All affiliate links are tracked with a 30-day cookie. If during that time, a client registers with us, then your affiliate account will be credited and you will "own" that client for life.
Please remember that you will not be credited for the activity of users that are already registered in our database, as they will belong to another affiliate.
Reporting:
All affiliates are provided with access to a full online reporting suite, which tracks the number of visitors sent, new accounts opened, enquiries, pipeline revenue, fees owed and total payments on the account.
Please remember that the reporting system is cached on a daily basis, so your statistics will not update in real time.
Payment:
Fees can be paid to affiliates by cheque, transfer or Paypal and are made one month in arrears.
