The COMPANY shall pay the AFFILIATE a commission of five (5%) percent of sale, before tax, on all of the AFFILIATE's hotel transactions that have been completed and for which a commission has been collected by the COMPANY. (International rates or other special rates for which the COMPANY receives less than the industry-standard 10% of sale will result in a proportionately smaller percentage of sale commission to the AFFILIATE.) The COMPANY shall pay the AFFILIATE a commission of ten (10%) percent of sale, before tax, on all of the AFFILIATE's Partnered Hotel transactions that have been completed and for which a commission has been collected by the COMPANY. Partnered Hotels are defined as hotels with which the COMPANY has developed direct marketing relationships in exchange for reduced room rates and are marked within the COMPANY's hotel reservation system with a star containing the letter "P" next to the listing. Car rental commissions will be paid on a flat fee basis with every non-cancelled transaction receiving a $2.00 reward and air ticket commissions will be paid on a flat fee basis with every non-cancelled transaction receiving a $4.00 reward. Aforementioned hotel, car rental and air ticket sales include sales made via the Internet, telephone, or other communications services provided by the COMPANY to the AFFILIATE. Commissions payable pursuant to this section shall be paid monthly within 15-30 days of the end of the month in which the COMPANY has verified the commissions income. If commissions are less than $100 in any month, commissions shall be sent at the end of the first month when commissions due total $100 or more. The above commission shall be the sole compensation that the AFFILIATE is entitled to receive under this Agreement. All orders are subject to acceptance by the COMPANY.
